Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with a tracking number.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders worldwide!

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days

  • Europe & UK: 7–15 business days

  • Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be delayed due to customs clearance, peak holiday seasons, or unforeseen transit disruptions.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the system.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

LumiTree is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged or Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately at deniabos1k@gmail.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
